Returns Policy
At Menagerie, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our collectable art dolls. Below are our return and cancellation policies:
Direct Purchases:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- To initiate a return, email marmite_sue@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement; contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Pre-Orders:
- Pre-order cancellations are generally not accepted due to the custom production process.
- In emergency cases (e.g., medical or financial hardship, subject to verification), cancellations may be approved with 25% cancellation fee. Contact marmite_sue@hotmail.com to discuss.
Non-Returnable: Custom or personalized dolls are not eligible for returns unless defective.

返品ポリシー
メナジェリー・ショップでは、コレクタブルアートドールの購入にご満足いただきたいと考えています。以下は返品およびキャンセルに関するポリシーです：
直接購入：
- カスタム品を除く商品は、未使用かつ元のパッケージの状態で、配送後14日以内に返品可能です。
- 返金は元々の送料を除きます。お客様は、商品が不良品または破損品でない限り、返品送料をご負担いただきます。
- 返品をご希望の場合、注文番号と返品理由を[メールアドレス, 例: marmite_sue@hotmail.comまでご連絡ください。2営業日以内に返品手順をご案内します。
- 不良品または破損品の場合、配送後7日以内に問題の写真を添えてご連絡いただければ、全額返金または交換対応いたします。
先行予約：
- 先行予約はカスタム生産のため、原則キャンセル不可です。
- 緊急事態（例：医療上または経済的困窮、検証が必要）の場合、２５％のキャンセル料でキャンセルを承認する場合があります。marmite_sue@hotmail.comまでご相談ください。
返品不可：カスタムまたはパーソナライズされたドールは、不良品を除き返品不可です。
